Contractly Nigeria ("Contractly", "we", "our") operates a digital platform that helps Nigerian businesses generate, store, and sign contracts. We are committed to handling your personal data lawfully under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).
2. What we collect
- Account information: name, email address, business name.
- Contract content you create, edit, or upload to the platform.
- Signature metadata: signer name, email, timestamp, IP address, and device user-agent for audit purposes.
- Usage analytics: page views and feature usage to improve the product.
3. How we use it
We use your data only to deliver the Contractly service: generating documents, providing AI assistance, producing audit certificates, and supporting your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Storage and security
Contracts and signatures are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to you and any signers you explicitly invite. Internal access is limited to authorised personnel for support purposes.
5. Your rights
Under the NDPA you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@contractly.ng and we'll respond within 30 days.
